HOP Works Project

From one project to a long-term partnership

Auratus wanted to evolve its workplace as the business grew, making targeted improvements without the cost and disruption of a full refurbishment.

Following an initial HOP project delivered alongside Feldberg Capital, Auratus appointed HOP Works as its ongoing workplace partner.

Over the next 18 months, we completed five phased projects, adapting the office as new requirements emerged.

Our solution

Our first project created two new private offices within the existing desking area, complete with independently controlled air conditioning and full M&E services.

As the workplace evolved, we introduced a backlit reception logo, additional power, smart whiteboards and upgraded meeting spaces to better support collaboration.

The biggest transformation came when we repurposed the underused reception. With no dedicated receptionist, we converted the space into a secure branded lobby and created an additional executive office behind it, improving both security and space efficiency.

The final phase added further executive offices, privacy manifestation to glazed partitions and room signage, giving the workplace greater privacy while strengthening the overall brand experience.

The impact

Across five carefully planned projects, Auratus has been able to adapt its workplace as they evolved, without major disruption.

By making targeted interventions at the right time, we improved security, increased the number of private offices, enhanced collaboration spaces and created a workplace that continues to support the client’s changing needs.
